Chairman Standing Committee Senate for Human Rights Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar taking notice of probable measures regarding web television has called Committee’s meeting on February 10.
Chairman PEMRA will give briefing about regulating Web TV. Agenda for the meeting has already been prepared.
Chairman PEMRA will also brief that whether this regulation is according to the article 19 of constitution. The Senate Body meeting will also deliberate on Zainab alert bill. It will also deliberate on the rights of physically impaired persons.—INP
