Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has directed to observe the Kashmir Solidarity Day with a comprehensive manner. He said that public gatherings of Kashmir Solidarity Day would be organized at divisional headquarters, districts and tehsils of the province.
Rallies would be arranged in every city for expressing solidarity with Kashmiris. Speech and essay writing competition would be held in educational institutions in accordance with Kashmir Solidarity Day. The Chief Minister appealed the people to comprehensively participate in the public gatherings Kashmir Solidarity Day and should come out in rallies with the flags of Pakistan and Kashmir.
A clear message will be given to Modi Sarkar and the rest of the world that Kashmir will always be a part of Pakistan. He said that on the 5th of February nation will express solidarity with its Kashmiri brethren against the Indian austerities.
He said that we want to give the message to our Kashmiris brethren that they are not alone in their struggle of independence. He said that on Kashmir Solidarity Day we will raise voice with our Kashmiris brethren against Indian barbarism.
Every single child is standing beside Kashmiris. He said that wittiness of Modi Sarkar is unveiling to the rest of the world. India cannot hold its possession for a long on Occupied Kashmir. India has murdered the democratic norms in Occupied Kashmir. He said the ideology of Modi is Hitlerism that will destroy India.
Patronising sports, education among PTI top priorities: CM
Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar inaugurated the University Sports League & Athletics Championship in Punjab Football Stadium on Saturday. Provincial Minister for Higher Education Yasir Humayoun, MPA Mussarrat Jamshed Cheema, VC Punjab University Dr. Niaz Ahmed, Secretary Higher Education Sajid Zafar, Head Coach Pakistan Cricket Team Misba-Ul-Haq, Head Coach National Hockey Team Kh. Junaid, players of cricket, hockey and other sports and concerned authorities were present on this occasion.
Players participated in University Sports League & Athletics Championship march past. The Chief Mistier while addressing the inaugural ceremony of University Sports League & Athletic Championship said that the start of such sports events in Punjab is a good omen as this will greatly help to promote sports activities alongside teaching and learning process in the educational institutes of the province.
He said that sports and sportsmen become the recognition of country and nation in the world. Pakistan is also known in the world because of Imran khan.
He said that providing opportunities for sports alongside education is among our top priorities. Sports are part of our history and tradition. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah appreciated and patronized the players in Muhammadan Sports competition in Mumbai.
He said that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah declared sports necessary for the learning of discipline. He said that students of 59 private and public universities will participate in University Sports League.
Thousands sports competitions will be held in Sports League which will be participated by 381 teams and 4065 students. 51 trophies, cash prizes of two crore rupees and stipends will be distributed among the winning players. University Sports League & Athletic Championship will continue till 15th April. Students displayed outstanding performance in University Sports League & Athletic Championship will be sent abroad for coaching and sports events.
Foreign coaches are being hired for providing best coaching and training to the players. Youth can find out the effective and better solution of challenges.
