Minor disputes claim two lives

In Attock two persons were killed while six sustained multiple bullets injuries over minor disputes within the jurisdictions of police stations Jand and New Airport Fatehjang.

Police said 25 years old Mohammad Qadeer son of Mohammad Bashir of village Chachri, tehsil Jand went to purchase chicken from the local market where the butcher got infuriated due of over charging of chicken who also exchanged hot words with the victim. Meanwhile, the butcher along with his younger brother attacked upon him with their sharp dagger and fled away leaving the young man flutter in a pool blood on the spot.

On getting information, police squad reached and shifted the injured to the tehsil headquarter hospital Jand where he was pronounced as dead. Later on, case was registered and dead body was handed over to its real heirs completing all legal conditions. In another incident, Salamat Hussain son of Saghir Hussain resident of village Lundi Syedan reported to police station new airport Fatehang that he accompanied by Naeem Abbas Shah, Tatahir Shah including others were on their way towards Rawalpindi when they were forced to stop at 1900 hours on the road blocked with stones.
