Former Secretary of Water and Power and PSO to Asif Zardari, ex-President of Pakistan, passed away at PIMS in Islamabad after protracted illness and laid to rest on Thursday.
Funeral prayers of Sikandar Ahmed Rai who breathed his last at the age of 67-year was offered at G-6/2, and later the body was shifted to native town Shorkot where funeral prayers was offered again.
