Bhutta and the Secretary Livestock and Dairy Development Punjab, Muhammad Masoud Anwar jointly presided over a meeting with the Poultry Association of Pakistan in the Committee Room of the Industries Department, to review the Poultry prices and supply chain during the month of Holy Ramadan.
After detailed deliberations, it was decided that the Provincial Government will take up the matter with the Federal Government to allow the import of GMO soybean on a priority basis. Meanwhile, On the instructions of Chief Minister Punjab, Provincial Minister for Industries, Commerce and Energy SM Tanveer visited the Iranian Consulate along with a high-level delegation.
