The Lahore High Court has disposed of a plea filed by PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry against PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif’s treatment abroad.
Rejecting the miscellaneous petition, LHC’s Justice Ali Baqir Najfi on the head of two-judge bench on Thursday remarked if someone has something against anyone then he can go to the relevant court.
“Only NAB can file a petition in this regard,” the judge said, inquiring who has filed this petition.
The court was informed Fawad Chaudhry has filed the plea, praying the court that Nawaz Sharif went out of the country for medical treatment for eight months and his brother Shehbaz Sharif was a guarantor, but even passage of three years he has not returned to the country.
