Soil and Water Conservation department Khyber Pahtunkhwa Chitral is converting 102 acres barren land at Dulomuch in cultivable one. Under this project, one water plant, four check dams, land leveling , terracing and plantation i.e. Planting includes 4,000 olive trees, 3,000 wild plants and 2,000 fruit trees included. Director General KP Muhammad Yasin Wazir also inaugurated the plantation campaign by planting an olive tree. In this regard, a simple ceremony was also held at Dolomus.
Talking to our correspondent, the owner of this land Colonel Retired Shahzada Muhammad Sharif said that before this we have visited offices of Water Management and many other departments times and ago but we are very much disappointed.
