Cases were registered against 13 persons, including two women, from different localities for power theft. The police on Tuesday told further that the Hajipura police booked Zulfiqar, Arshad and Shehbaz, the Nekapura police booked Farah Butt, Ashraf and Shoaib, the Rangpura police booked Naveed, Riaz, Ali Raza and Amir, the Cantt police booked Wilson Bhatti and the Muradpur police booked Iftikhar and Surraya Begum and started investigations.
