The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Thursday invited political parties to file application for the allotment of election symbols till 21st February.
According to a press release, the political parties which have complied with the provisions of the Allocation of Election Symbols of the Election Act, 2017 and the Election Rules, 2017 are invited to make applications for allocation of one of the symbols prescribed under Rule 162 of the Election Rules, 2017.
The ECP said that applications, duly signed by the respective party leader, should reach the Election Commission Secretariat Islamabad, on or before 21st February 2023. The applications received after the due date will not be entertained.INP
