A camp was organized by City Traffic Police Lahore in the main campus township of University of Education, Lahore on February 09-, 2023, in which the participants were informed about driving license and traffic rules.
On this occasion, learner traffic licenses were also issued to the students and other staff. In-charge Education Unit City Traffic Police Lahore Miss Fahmida conveyed useful information to the participants during the traffic awareness session; Superintendent of City Traffic Police Lahore Sohail Fazal specially participated in the awareness camp and congratulated the organizers for organizing the program.
He said that the organization of this type of campus has become very necessary at the time of increasing traffic pressure. Addressing the program, Vice Chancellor University of Education, Lahore Professor Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I.) described the camp as extremely useful.
He said that awareness of traffic rules has become the basic need of every individual today because as individuals we all have to go on the road to fulfill our responsibilities.
A large number of students including Director Division of Science and Technology Prof. Dr. Muhammad Alam Saeed, Director of Student Affairs Dr. Faheem Khurshid Butt and others participated in the program. A smog walk was also organized at the end of the program.
