Sarfraz Bugti gets pre-arrest bail in girl abduction case

Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Friday granted pre-arrest bail to Senator Sarfaraz Bugti in Child abduction case. Sarfraz Bugti appeared before the BHC bench headed by Justice Rozi Khan Bareach with bail plea which was accepted by the bench after hearing arguments.
Advocate Adnan Ijaz appeared on behalf of Sarfraz Bugti. The bail application of Sarfraz Bugti was rejected by Additional District and Sessions Judge Quetta the other day. It may be mentioned here that a family court.—APP
