Rain and snow occurred at upper Khyber Pakhtunk-hwa, Gilgit Baltistan, north Baluchistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas. Cold weather is expected in most parts of the country, while cloudy in upper districts during the next twelve hours. . However, rain/snow is likely in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
Fog is likely to prevail over Punjab, plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and upper Sindh. Tempera-tures of some major cities recorded this morning: Islamabad and Muzaffarabad seven degree centi-grade, Lahore nine, Peshawar ten, Karachi fourteen, Quetta six, Gilgit three, and Murree zero degree centigrade.
According to Met Office forecast for Indian Ille-gally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy with chances of rain and snow is expected in Srina-gar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Bara-mula, while cold and dry with fog in Jammu.
