Suspended CEO of national carrier PIA Air Marshal Arshad Malik has knocked the doors supreme judiciary against Singh High Court sentence stopping him from functions as the airline’s chief executive officer.
Air Marshal Arshad Malik has filed petition in the Supreme Court against interim orders of the SHC while federal government, cabinet division, ministry pertaining to civil aviation have been made respondent in the petition.—INP
