A meeting of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Wana Sub-Division “Majlis Shura” was held at Darul Uloom Ashrafia Wana Bazar regarding the deteriorating security situation in Wana the meeting was held under the chairmanship of president Maulana Mir Zajan.
Maulana Rafiuddin Wazir, General Secretary of JUI Wana, along with other senior ulemas were also present on this occasion. According to the statement issued by JUI, the meeting lasted for about 4 hours
and all the members of “Majlis Shura” presented very useful opinions. The situation of each area was reviewed. Finally, “Majlis Shura” made a joint decision in the meeting
That we will schedule a consultation with the people belonging to all schools of thought, including local elders. And after the completion of this process, a new plan will be decided. In the future, whatever consultation will take place will be implemented.
However, this resolution was also presented in the meeting it is the duty of this government to restore peace and order here and the protection of people belonging to every sector of life should be ensured.
