Twisting President’s statement

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Senior President Fawad Chaudhary lashed out at the imported government for lying blatantly on cypher instead of conducting a probe into the matter. In a statement on Tuesday, Fawad Chaudhry said the incumbent government has no problem in lying blatantly about the cypher.

He criticized journalists for promoting the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) narrative pertaining to the cypher by twisting the statements of President Arif Alvi on the matter during an exclusive interview with a private TV channel. “This is an example to judge these people who have no problem in lying blatantly,” he said. “If Imran Khan’s government was not sent packing through a conspiracy then why is the government shying away from conducting an investigation into the matter,” he questioned.

Expressing disappointment on State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) report, Fawad Chaudhary stated that the economy was in shambles, as the 2% growth rate showed how unemployment was on the rise. He said that the unemployment was dangerous which would rapidly impact poverty.

Meanwhile after Punjab and Sindh, political heavyweights from Balochistan also started joining Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), making the party the most formidable political force in the country.

In this regard, Noor Khan Khilji, the young leader of Khilji tribe from Balochistan, called on Chairman PTI Imran Khan here on Tuesday and announced to formally join the PTI along with his colleagues. PTI Central Secretary General Asad Umar and Chairman PTI Chief of Staff Senator Shibli Faraz, PTI Balochistan President and former Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri were also present on the occasion. Noor Khan Khalji expressed his full confidence in the leadership of Chairman PTI and manifesto of the party. Moreover, on the occasion, he also expressed his determination to fully participate in the real freedom movement. PTI Chairman welcomed Noor Khan Khalji.
