Timely completion of uplift projects top priority: DC

District administration Hafizabad is focusing on timely and according to specification completion of ongoing development projects to ensure provision of different amenities of the life to the masses under people friendly vision of the Chief Minister Punjab Ch. Parvaiz Elahi and no compromise will be made on standard of the development projects in the district.

These views were expressed by the Deputy Commissioner Toqeer Ilyas Cheema while inspecting different ongoing development projects in the district with the cost of billion of rupees, on Tuesday. Deputy Director Development Hafizabad Hafiz Mubashar-ul-Hassan and other concerned officers were also accompanied by him. While visiting roads from Hakeemwala Kolo Tarar to Khanha Bhattian and Kolo Tarar to Fathepur being completed with the cost of Rs. 316 million, DC directed the contractor and concerned officers to complete this project according to standard earliest so that better communicational facilities could be provided to farmers for crying their agriculture production to the market easily.

He warned the officers and contractors that unjustified delay and use of substandard material in people welfare projects would not tolerate at all. He also visited Rural Health Centre Kolo Tarar and checked attendance of doctors and other staff, medical store and availability of treatment facilities being provided to patients in the centre. He asked different questions from patients and their relatives about availability of medicines and other facilities in the centre to take feedback.
