Mirza Shahnawaz Agha
THIS is like a prayer answered and we should help India to become an ideological Nation
State based on the Hindu religion! It is time the world should seek to predominantly opt for a religious based divide of the planet in place of the feudal managed territories, that were handed out to create Nation States after the first world war. Empires found this basis of territorial division as a good management structure then, which is upheld to date despite a massive transition in human civilisation. These Nation States became new gods and a cause to die for! The new picture, should it emerge, will in essence mean a positive change in the political map of the world. Religious harmony and civility will set in, competing for marketing better value systems. Social and material justice will find roots in the constant transiting laws that are meant to enable the evolution of human civilisation. Pakistan, followed by Israel, the Vatican, the Soviet Union and China (representing atheism then) are all ideologically based. For the Hindus of the world to have their own territory should be perfectly acceptable to all as well. Why the Modi initiative is causing an uproar is because he wants to subjugate other religious and ethnic populous to prevail over their asset base.
People of any religion or ethnicity do not exist in space, and have an equal right to land and wealth without discrimination. They are inhabitants of this one planet on which we all exist! This is the fine point of law that warrants a legal resolution otherwise it is a welcome happening! The two hundred million Muslims of India make up for 14.2% of their population representing 466,791.3 square kilometers of their territory, of 3,287,263 square kilometres. The last partition being a vivid example of brutality and mass imigration, the civil thing to do would be to have another partition. A partition free of bloodshed. The religious message of Hinduism is based on love and this bloodless partition can be an acid test of that message. One can part ways with civility and a pledge to co-exist in harmony and brotherhood.
The impact on global politics, economics and social discrimination will vanish because people from any religious belonging will be forced, by circumstance of their beliefs, to be equitable and just. They will need to be tolerant of other religions and will indeed be at their best behaviour to portray the religious values they represent. By contrast we have two value systems in place in our day and age and these are materialism and monasticism. Both are ailments in the history of human sociology and therefore primitive, obsolete and redundant social orders. The new basis of ‘mergers and acquisitions’, for the lack of another term to explain the phenomena, would mean birds of a feather should flock together! The atheist would live with their kind, the monotheist with their kind and the polytheist with theirs. From the perspective of Islam that preaches universal brotherhood and peaceful coexistence this would bring about a significant relief to the world order because the persecution will end. Muslims anywhere will be able to live by example and the true message of Islam, sans the distorted versions of a bigoted clergy, will surface. Economically a new commonwealth will come into place and the present heist of natural resources will end. Genuine representative leadership of the people will emerge. Human civilisation will evolve and the world will be a better place to live in. What prevents civility for coexistence today, are greed and global piracy. These are politically upheld with a farce of sorts, obstructing real justice and fair play.
Ethnic and religious cleansing that deprives people of their lives and property is what is being sought by primitive India, to the detriment of its people. Although the sentiment is ‘hate’ based, if that is what those people want they must have it. This desire however intense must not allow activist to rob the real estate and wealth of their own kind who are religiously different. The legislative fiddles that enable such oppression warrants determined opposition and that must happen across the board internationally. What is above having a majority in Parliament to enable legislation, is a preventive authority, disallowing the breach of social justice. Whilst you are allowed liberty to exist independent of all restraints you cannot force others to support your exclusivity or abandon their faith and wealth to you. The discrimination in beliefs in essence is a discrimination in the knowledge base. If I were a non-believer in, say religion, I would be assumed deviant in social science and therefore on the scales of knowledge, lesser exposed. My lesser place on the scales of civilisation cannot condemn me to death or sentence me to be deprived of my birth right to the real estate on earth.
The Modi syndrome is therefore lunacy that warrants penalties and medication both legally and medically administered for the ailment. Racial discrimination by the under-exposed and lesser fortunate is, to a point understandable, but religious discrimination is really off the bank! Like in business and entrepreneurship one has to take positions Pakistan has to take a position on the Indian derailment in consonance with its ideology. Our ideology does not recognise the concept of Nation States, on the contrary it propounds a divide between civilisations. It also lays a claim to the very high threshold of liberty by comparison that knocks down bigotry in all forms anywhere. This in no way compares with the creation or management of Empires by a sovereign. Islam instead caters, and professes coexistence based on the following of a set of divine laws. The movement from Arafat to Mehsar and then on to Mina during Hajj are a good example of this order. For seeking a Hindu India I compliment them on upholding a great Islamic order, and in the same stride must caution them to be careful with mass murders and killings and subjugation tactics as that will decimate them and their desires for ever by their very own people.
