Anti-Dengue Day observed

Anti-Dengue Day was observed in the district Hafizabad, on Saturday. In this connection, a seminar was held at Jinnah Hall Hafizabad. Deputy Commissioner Allah Ditta Warraich presided over the seminar. MPA Dr. Mazafar Ali Sheikh, District President PMLN Muhammad Bakhsh Tarar, CEO Health Dr. Rehan Azhar, CEO Education Javed Iqbal Babar, doctors, teachers and a large number of people belongs to different segments of society participated the seminar.

Addressing the seminar, Deputy Commissioner Allah Ditta Warraich has said that district administration, health, education and other departments were doing concerted efforts to contain breading of dengue larva in the district. He said that Anti-Dengue Day was being observed to create awareness among people to adopt preventive measures including to ensure cleanliness of their surrounding and to ensure that water could not stand anywhere in homes and other places.

Addressing on this occasion, MPA Dr. Mazafar Ali Sheikh said that the Chief Minster Punjab Mian Hamza Shahbaz was made result-oriented steps to stop breading of dengue mosquito.
