A three day heritage festival ceremony on its third and last day was being organized in connection with the Pakistan Diamond Jubilee ceremonies under Punjab Arts Council at Al-Hamra. Executive Director Punjab Arts Council Saman Rai highly acknowledged the work of artisans across Punjab and also distributed appreciation certificates among them.
The provincial dance was also presented in the programme being organized at Al-Hamra. A large number of audience greatly ap-plauded the performance of Malko, Nayab Ali Khan and Inam Ali Khan (Raga Boys) and greatly acknowledged the en-deavour of Punjab Arts Council in this regard. On the first and second day of the festival Ustad Hamid Ali Khan, Nadeem Ab-bas Lony Wala, Tehseen Saki-na, Afzal Jutt and Imran Shau-kat presented a successful show on sufi and folk songs.
This three day special cultural festival under Punjab Arts Council was being organized to promote art and cultural activities in the province.
