Former Director General Anti-Corruption Punjab Brigadier (retd) Muzaffar Ranjha while rejecting the allegations of political engineering leveled by Chairman PTI Imran Khan said that it is a disgrace to respond to the allegations of a liar. I will never allow Imran Khan to make the army controversial. If such allegations are made again, I will go to court against Imran Khan.
Talking to a private TV channel on Friday, former Director General Anti-Corruption Punjab Brigadier (retd) Muzaffar Ranjha said that Imran Khan was a liar and his allegations were baseless.
I would like to say that even before Imran Khan made a false accusation, I gave an interview on May 4 to form a commission on this issue and make an affidavit before forming a commission.
Whoever is responsible is ready for a big punishment. Maybe, in my interview, when the media asked Imran Khan, this man who always lied said that this is my political statement.
He said that Imran Khan was the Prime Minister for 4 years but he did not raise this issue in any forum. Now he is raising this issue again. Imran Khan’s only goal is to make the army controversial.
I can make sacrifices but I will not allow the institution to be controversial in any case. Brigadier (retd) Muzaffar Ranjha said that he left the army two years ago on the charge of Imran Khan so that he would not raise a finger against the army.
I am available to talk to him. To some extent, this man has never been in favor of the armed forces.
He said that when the Pakistan Army talked of staying away from political issues, Imran Khan did not understand where to lay the blame, the nation did not need to pay attention to Imran Khan’s words.
He said that he was ready to sit in any open forum of the media, being an intelligence officer, he knew a lot, now if he is accused again, he will go to court against Imran Khan.
