The Punjab government is focusing on promotion of quality education across the province including district Hafizabad and billion of rupees are being spent for providing missing facilities, upgrading and establishing new schools in the province.
This was stated by the Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Allah Ditta Warraich while addressing the meeting held to review performance of education department at district complex, on Monday. DC said that district Hafizabad was occupied first position in racking of education in the Punjab some year ago and once again district Hafizabad would be made an ideal district of the Punjab to raise education standard with the cooperation of officers and teachers of the education department.
He said that culture of reward and punishment would promote in the district for achieving goal of quality education. He said that incentive would be given to teachers who would demonstrate extra ordinary performance in connection with promoting quality education while strict action would be taken against work shirkers and negligence staff.
He further said that government schools were not less than standard private schools because government schools were equipped with trained, higher qualified manpower and latest science and computer labs. Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Hafizabad Javeed Iqbal Babar gave details briefing in the meeting regarding renovation of schools, functional science and computer labs and promotion of teachers and other staff of education department Hafizabad.
