A man shot dead his 18-year-old unmarried niece and her alleged lover in the name of honour and fled away in Jaffarabad, police said on Sunday. The incident took place in Mohabbat Shah Goth Bahadur Khan area of Jaffarabad, Balochistan.

On information, police reached the spot and shifted the bodies to Dera Allah Yar District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital. The bodies were later handed over to the family after medico-legal formalities at the hospital. Police were investigating the incident.
