The contending world order
THE strategy that Russia and China seem to be pursuing in the ongoing situation, observers say and insist that the two great powers are going to impose a new world order.
And if the new world order is implemented what will happen then? Russian President Putin’s recent visit to China and the joint statement of the two leaders that Russia and China will cooperate in all sectors.
Few days later, on Russia’s full advancement towards Ukraine, it became clear that new world order is emerging in the world.
The fact is that Russia and China, by all means, have the potential to compete with their rivals in every field.
Ukraine was a test for both Russia and China. It should be noted that Russia achieved the results it wanted through the war in Ukraine.
Russia, for example, wanted to assert its power and its role on the world stage, demonstrate power, stop the expansion of NATO and cut off the Eastern European countries that were weighing in on NATO membership.
Russia also wanted to know how far the United States could react in all of this, and how far the US could go.
But to ensure its security, NATO decided that it would be better if there is no war in its region. This is the weakness of the NATO. USA has imposed economic sanctions.
Not only that but the personal accounts of the Russian President, Russian Foreign Minister and Russian Defence Minister have also been frozen.
Of course, these economic sanctions could put Russia in a difficult position. But on the other hand, China has assured that it will continue to help Russia.
Russia supplies 40% of the EU’s oil needs. Russia had threatened to shut down the oil and gas pipeline if EU took any action against Russia.
The people of Russia are demanding that Russia immediately end the ongoing war on Ukraine.
Some European diplomats say that if the protests continue, Russia’s Communist Party’s Appellate Bureau could find a new leader and then President Vladimir Putin could go home.
But later observers rejected the idea. But the real problem is not with a person being powerful and experienced, but with the people of Ukraine, especially the Russian youth.
However, Russian society and the state are under various sanctions. But today’s world is obsessed with liberalism, democratic traditions and modern cultural associations.
No ruler, no government can stop the sun, moon and rain. Russia is a very powerful country in terms of defence.
Its Navy consists of more than 1.2 million, full-army volunteers of more than 800,000, and Russia’s Navy consists of several fighter jets. There are more than two dozen submarines, all equipped with nuclear weapons.
The air force includes a wide variety of aircraft, helicopters and ballistic missiles. Russia’s Defence budget is said to be over 68 billion dollars.
Russia is the world’s first country in exploration space technology. The first spacecraft was launched in 1957.
Now, if we compare Russia and China, these two big countries and powers are very close to the United States.
If NATO stands with the United States, Australia and Japan drop their weight there and then the scales of both sides become almost equal.
Still, there are difficulties for the United States. Because equal power does not mean decisive.
However, other leading powers such as India, Pakistan, the Middle East, Egypt, Brazil, Israel, South Korea, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, etc.
can change the balance. According to the latest news, the United States has installed Patriot missiles in Poland.
The NATO Secretary-General paid an emergency visit to Poland in which he met with the Polish President and Minister of Defence.
There is also an opinion that Russia will not take any action against Poland. Russia has announced the nationalization of all Western companies and their assets in Russia in response to economic sanctions imposed by the West.
Russia has seized more than 190 passenger and cargo planes belonging to three foreign airlines.
The MD of one of the companies has said that his company is losing billions of dollars from the Russian President’s announcement. Russian Airlines Aeroflot had leased 82 aircraft.
Russia’s domestic airline and Cargo Company leased more than 100 aircraft. These companies are preparing to knock on the door of the international court.
But Russian sources say that what the state declares to be national property becomes state property.
No law can help these companies in this regard. Leading US food brand companies such as McDonald’s and Coca-Cola have also had their assets confiscated in Moscow and in other major cities.
It should be noted that China was adapting Google and Facebook to its ideological style in the near past.
This is what Russia is doing now. Internet companies are moving or closing their offices in various European countries from Russia.
In this way, these two major powers will provide these facilities to their people. China has already done this. Such measures are, in fact, the beginning of new world order.
Russia, China and North Korea and other proposed countries will be the creators of this New World Order.
