Minister Health Punjab Dr Yasmeen Rashid has directed to make service rules for more than fifty sub specialties. This direction was passed by her while chairing a meeting at specialized health care and medical education department on Friday.
Provincial Secretary Health Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan, special Secretary Silwat Saeed, Additional Secretary Dr Asif Tufail, Additional Secretary Dr Salman Shahid, Vice Chancellor King Edward Medical University Prof Dr Khalid Masood Gondal, Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Medical University Prof Dr Aamir Zamaan Khan, Principal Services Institute of Medical Sciences Prof Dr Mehmood Ayaz and other officers were also there. Minister Health reviewed matters regarding promotion and service rules of senior registrars, assistant professors, associate professors and professors in the meeting.
Minister Health Punjab Dr Yasmeen Rashid has said on this occasion that vacant seats in Fatima Jinnah Medical University, Ganga Ram Hospital, Allama Iqbal Medical College, Jinnah Hospital, Jinnah Burn Center, Institute of Public Health, demontmoroncy college of dentiary, Kind Edward Medical University, Mayo Hospital, SIMS, Services Hospital and other teaching hospitals should be fulfilled soon.
