The Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Rehabilitation Department, Government of Sindh has announced that in view of the unprecedented heat waves in province of Sindh during recent years specially in 2015 which caused several deaths across the province; the largest death toll being in Karachi.
In anticipation of such climatic eventually, the PDMA has devised and communicated the guidelines for action/ implementation by all concerned authorities. The PDMA will also ensure overall coordination with all relevant National and Provincial Department.
It will issue timely warning upon its receipt from Pakistan Met and NDMA. The PDMA will also advice the concerned Departments regarding precautionary measures.
