2 pilots martyred in PAF get crash

Two officers of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) embraced martyrdom after their trainer aircraft crashed in the outskirts of the provincial metropolis Tuesday morning.

“A trainer jet of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) crashed near Peshawar”. PAF spokesperson said. According to reports the jet was on a training mission when it crashed near Warsak garrison some twenty kilometers from Peshawar, leaving both the pilots martyred. However, no loss of property or physical loss on ground was reported.

The Air Headquarters has constituted a committee to probe the causes behind the jet crash incident.
