No-confidence motion: Buzdar, assembly members continue to hold meetings

With reference to the no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister Imran Khan, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and members of assembly continue held meetings on Sunday. According to the details, the participants of the meeting with Punjab Chief Minister included members of Tareen, Aleem, other like-minded groups, PPP and PML-N s forward bloc. Provincial ministers, advisers and special assistants also attended the meeting.

Meanwhile, women and minority parliamentarians also met Usman Bazdar and expressed confidence in the leadership of the Punjab CM. On this occasion, Usman Buzdar said that members of the assembly are my brothers, friends and allies. We have talked less and worked more and always took everyone with alongside.

He went on to mention that a historic district development package of Rs. 360 billion has been given in consultation with the public representatives. Chief Minister Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that development of the people prick the opponents but we have put the Punjab on the path of progress and prosperity to work day and night whereas change would be occurred according to the vision of present government led by the Prime Minister Imran Khan.

He was talking to MNA Choudhary Shoukat Ali Bhatti, ex-MNA Choudhary Mehdi Hassan Bhatti and other elected representatives, ticket holders and parity office bearers at the stage arranged for public meeting before arriving Prime Minister Imran Khan at Municipal Stadium Hafizabad, on Sunday. Chief Minister lauded efforts of Choudhary Shoukat Ali Bhatti, Choudhary Mehdi Hassan Bhatti and workers of PTI for making the best and historic arrangements of public meeting and its successful.

He approached the seats of parliamentarians sitting at the stage and discussed political situation and bilateral issues. He said that different projects of people welfare worth Rs. 18.70 billion were given to district Hafizabad. He said that a new district headquarter hospital would be established with the cost of more than Rs.9 billion while dream of establishment of University of Hafizabad with the cost of Rs. Billion would be materialized. He said that two new associate colleges would also be established in the district Hafizabad 26 projects of water filtration plants and sewerage schemes would also be executed.

He said that 64 rural revenue centers had been established in the district Hafizabad already while 53 more rural revenue centres would also be setup for addressing revenue related problems at local level. He said that every citizen of the district would get free of cost treatment facilities of one million of rupees at government and private hospital of his own choice under health card programme of the government. He further said that present government of PTI had launched record development projects for ensuring provision of different amenities of life to the people.
