City Traffic Police, Unique Group sign MoU

The Unique Group of institutions and the City Traffic Police Lahore Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for collaboration to create awareness among students and teachers about the traffic rules, and benefits of following the rules.

Rector Unique Group of Institutions Prof Amjad Ali Khan, speaking at the MoU signing ceremony said that the educational institutions play a crucial role in creating awareness among students about their social responsibilities, law, and traffic rules. He said the Unique Group of Institutions would continue plating its role for creating awareness among students, like in the past.

Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore Muntazir Mahdi told the ceremony participants following the traffic laws was a responsibility of every citizen. He said it helps improve traffic management and its smooth flow if citizens follow the traffic laws. He said traffic police was responsible for not only managing traffic but also for guiding citizens about the traffic laws.

Director Unique Group Prof Wasim Anwar Chaudhry and Prof Riazul Haq were also part of the Unique delegation.
