Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Amir Afaq has imposed section 144 in Galiyat Circles especially in Qanoon Go Circle Bakot, Bagan and Lora Patwar Circles for the any kind of commercial properties constructions without the prior approval of GDA (Galiyat Development Authority).
This order has been issued keeping the directives of Green Bench of Peshawar High Court.
