Nur International University Lahore organized an event for Career Counselling titled as “Seeking Career Guidance” for students at FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry.
Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Najma Najam congratulated NIU Admission team, Faculty members and staff for making positive efforts for an appropriate career counselling of the students through this event. Dr. Najma said that this career counselling event has been planned for those students who are looking for an appropriate career advice and guidance.
It is conducted by the mutual efforts of NIU Admission Committee, Vice Chancellor office, Registrar office and the faculty. We need to continue such seminars and hopefully students who came will find it very beneficial for their future.
Prof. Dr. Naumana Amjad (Dean of Humanities & Social Sciences) briefed the students about the changes in human behavior and strengths of one’s inner-self.
She guided the students regarding the right decision for choosing the career path.
She insisted to choose the profession/career as per personal interest and choice. Beenish Kashif (Director Admissions and Student Affairs-NIU) shared a short presentation with the students regarding NUR-Fatima Memorial System, program and facilities in Nur International University, fee structure and scholarship details.
Ms. Beenish insisted on the need of giving a compulsory IT training to NIU students.
