A stall has been established under the arrangement of the Welfare Department near Sanatzar Center where affluent people will place donated house items including clothing and shoes for the needy people to pick up
Assistant Commissioner Kashif inaugurated the stall amid a gathering of local notables. A lot of items were placed at the stalls that were picked up by the poor.
While addressing the inauguration ceremony, the AC appreciated the donors for their kind support to help the deserving people of the society. He said this step of the present government would go a long way to facilitate the life of the poor. He directed the administration of the stall to prepare a proper ledger of the donated items received viz-a-viz the issued for the record.
