Kudus to Putin

What can be achieved through peace, cannot be obtained through violence. This is with reference to the Muslims’ response to Islamophobia and blasphemous acts. Let’s have a look on the past events of blasphemous, Muslims’ responses toward them and their consequences. In 2015, Charlie Hebdo attack in result of publication of controversial cartoons of dthe Last Prophet (S.A.W) that yielded nothing but further sparked the fire of extremism and tarnished the image of Islam in front of the West.

In result of this extremism, Muslim minorities in the West highly suffered, murder of four members of Afzal family in Canada and deadly attack on the Muslims of New Zealand’ city Christchurch in mosque were the bloodiest examples in this regard. Then in October 2020, various drastic protests broke out in almost all the Muslim countries in response to the projection of caricatures of the Prophet (SAW) on a local government building in France. In Pakistan, various religious groups started violent demonstrations in different cities and demanded the sending back the French Ambassador. These extreme protests caused not only the intense criticism by the West against Muslims but also Pakistan has witnessed a great loss of lives and its economy hit by Rs. 35 billion loss.

However, the PM Imran Khan, recorded his protest aptly and peacefully at global level. His first speech in the UN General Assembly was the glaring example. Also he emphasized that there is a need to be realized the Western community that insults the Prophet (PBUH) hurts the sentiments of 1.5 billion Muslims in the world rather than carrying out such violent protests.

His these peaceful strivings resulted an influential change that Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday, ‘’insulting the Last Prophet is a violation of freedom of religion and a violation of the holly feelings of people who profess Islam.’’

This statement has positively influenced the whole world. However, the whole Muslim community should welcome his expressions regarding Islam and the Prophet (SAW) and strive for the legislation at global level.

Furthermore, Muslim world should cultivate tolerance against blasphemous acts and record their protests peacefully and sensibly. Also Ulema should preach the virtues of patience to Muslim masses setting aside their political interests.

IMF trying to shield PTI to sustain?

Unending debate of IMF conditionalities and mini budget is going on as if leaving IMF will be catastrophic for Paki-stan. Media is also playing for Government and misleading the nation.

It’s a grave mistake that in the 1990s both India and Pakistan were facing financial upheavals, then PML-N Government proudly announced a mistaken economic reforms agenda perhaps on the advice of some bankers, that has become cancerous now, whereas Indian Finance Minister, an economist, took a bold decision and prepared grounds for quitting IMF programme in midstream, without fearing for consequences and Congress elected him to become Prime Minister, since then India is marching forward while we are down sliding year to year.

So it’s time to take corrective measures before it’s too late and take the nation into confidence and make our own homegrown plans to say goodbye to the IMF.

Drugs destroy lives

Drug is a big lues in our country, it has affected our nation and destroyed a lot of lives. Nowadays drug is common everywhere across the country. There are lots of areas where drug is even easily available. Improvement or development of our youths has been put on backburner, even small children have become addicted to this menace in our country.

Though the parents keep eyes on children, that’s ok, yet the government needs to have a check on this end. It is one of critical evils of any society. Actually according to researchers per year at least one lac students are suffering from this issue.

Coronavirus & Omicron hates Christians

The CM of Maharashtra has been harassing people right from day one of his tenure as Chief Minister. There is nothing in his mouth, except lockdown and curfew and imposing section 144 in the state.

I don’t think he will complete his term of five years as the CM. Coronavirus and Omicron hates Christians that is why they become active only during Christian festivals forcing the CM and the Health Minister to impose a lockdown.

Inspiring stories & time magazine

Right now, Time magazine has declared Elon Musk the ‘Person Of The Year 2021’ for all his excellent endeavours. CEO of both Tesla, electric car company and SpaceX, space exploration company, Musk has now been making waves across the world for his successful business efforts and nomination as ‘Time Person Of The Year.’

First off, Time has long been choosing people from various categories and declaring the awards of ‘ Person Of The Year.’ That said, such sincere efforts and interesting stories behind have been a source of inspiration for people and countries across the world. Just interestingly enough, many people have been my source of inspiration during my student days and all through my professional life right up to date in areas like, Kanyakumari, and Mumbai.

When the world has been grappling with crises after crises, such inspiring stories and people will be panacea for all ills across the board. Still, media houses like Time and the international media should try to create a better world through beautiful reports and inspiring writing.
