Sindh Chief Minister’s Agriculture Adviser Manzoor Hussain Wassan while addressing a press conference said that the federation is putting pressure on fertilizer companies and giving Sindh’s urea fertilizer to other provinces.The Federal Minister Hamad Azhar has reduced the quota of urea fertilizer in Sindh by 1.5 million and brought more to Punjab.
Manzoor Hussain Wassan while giving a press conference in Sindh Secretariat further said that Sindh received less than 1.5 million bags of urea fertilizer in December. On the directive of Hamad Azhar, Punjab was given more quota. Who is Hamad Azhar who smuggles provinces through quota system? The federation wants to create shortage of fertilizer in Sindh. Injustice is happening with Sindh. Sindh is also part of Pakistan. Imran Khan, Please have mercy on Sindh.
Agriculture adviser said that gas is produced in Sindh and companies are also in Sindh, the federation is creating shortages. Sindh government wants urea fertilizer not to go out and wanted crisis to be over soon. We have also formed committee, ensuring ghost dealers should not get urea fertilizer while urea fertilizer companies are giving fertilizer to dealers in wrong way. The crisis of urea fertilizer is emerging in Sindh, from today all dealer companies will be revived and everyone will get urea fertilizer, quota of one city will not be given to another city.
Manzoor Wassan said that Sindh fertilizer will not be allowed to go out, for which we have set up check posts at the borders. Fertilizer companies are subordinate to the federation. From now on, fertilizer companies will supply urea fertilizer to all dealers. There will be no crisis. It is our duty to ensure that farmers get urea fertilizer on time. Federal and fertilizer companies are responsible for the urea fertilizer crisis in Sindh as Imran Khan wants to destabilize Sindh.

Manzoor Wasan, in response to a question from a journalist, said that MQM is no longer the party of Altaf Hussain. Before there was pressure and power, now it is gone, the forces behind GDA are gone also, now I don’t see any future for them either.
