World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF and Health department of Sindh have assured the Karachi Commissioner that there is no harm in TCV vaccine to the health of children. It is safe and necessary for the health safety of the children as this has been considered the only way to protect children from the typhoid. This assurance was given in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Iftikhar Shallwani at his office on Tuesday. The meeting was attended among other by Dr Adwoa Bentsi- Enchill Technical head WHO headquarters.
