The National Agriculture Education Accreditation Council of the Higher Education Commission has given accreditation to the Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
This accreditation is given in category x-2. The Central Committee had visited the Islamia University of Bahawalpur last February. Following the report of this visit, the Department of Agronomy was accredited by February 2024.
