The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has introduced the latest android mobile app “FESCO Light”.
The basic aim of this app is to facilitate the FESCO consumers. This app can be downloaded from the play store of any android mobile phone.
The FESCO consumers belonging to eight district including Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Khushab, Chiniot and Sargodha can easily register after entry their name, electricity bill reference number, CNIC and mobile phone on this app.
After registration & sign in consumers cannot get information about load management schedule, duplicate bill, registration of electricity related complaints and information regarding previous electricity bills but also estimate the cost of electricity bill through bills estimator.
In this connection, Fesco Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Engr Bashir Ahmed said that use of Information Technology (IT) is facilitating both the consumers and the department in view of the needs and requirements of the modern age.
FESCO consumers can avail the various services provided by FESCO though this state of the art android app, he added.
