Persecution of Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and low-caste Hindus has increased manifold since the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led by Narendra Modi has come to power in India
A report released by Kashmir Media Service, today, said the RSS-backed fascist Indian government is on a mission to purge India of its minorities and their persecution and vilification at the hands of Hindutva forces has exposed the real face of India’s so-called secular democracy before the world.
It said, religious persecution in India under Modi is currently at an all-time high where Sikhs, Muslims and other minorities continue to be harassed, hounded, humiliated and killed.
Inhuman treatment meted out to Sikh farmers in India has stripped off so-called secular mask from India’s face, it added.
The report said that the BJP regime was trying to demonize the Indian farmers’ protests by portraying them as a Sikh conspiracy.—INP
