A female patient died and staff member scorched due to fire in corona ward of District Headquarter (DHQ) Hospital here on Wednesday.
According to details, due to emission of oxygen gas, fire broke out in corona ward of DHQ Hospital Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
Fire brigade vehicles reached the scene of fire, extinguished the blaze and pulled out the stranded patients.
Meanwhile, a female patient admitted in the corona ward died during ruckus which a staff member was scorched.—INP
