Commissioner Mardan Division Syed Abdul Jabbar Shah has said that all government officials should consider themselves as servants of the people and perform their duties.
The negligence of the government will not be tolerated at all, said Commissioner Mardan while presiding over the monthly revenue meeting in his office.
The meeting was attended by Additional Commissioner Mardan Division Naeem Akhtar, Deputy Commissioner Mardan Habibullah Arif, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mardan Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, ADC Swabi Gohar Khan, ADC Finance Mardan Naik Muhammad Khan, AC Mardan Saman Abbas, Additional Assistant Commissioners and others.
Relevant officers attended. Commissioner Mardan strongly directed that disciplinary action would be taken against the officer against whom a complaint was received which could lead to his dismissal.
Therefore, government officials should not be negligent in performing their official duties by correcting their qiblah.
On this occasion, Commissioner Mardan was given a detailed briefing regarding the decisions taken in the last revenue meeting and their implementation and the current revenue situation of the division.
Expressing concern over the slow disposal of pending court cases, Commissioner Mardan said that all cases should be disposed of as soon as possible.
So that the people can get relief Commissioner Mardan issued special instructions to the Deputy Commissioners regarding revenue related issues especially provision of individual deposit, inspection of Patwar Khana,s, transfers, court cases and rectification of errors in revenue records.
Commissioner Mardan also issued instructions regarding weekly court darbars, holding of open courts.
