The 7th Syndicate held at the University of Home Economics, Lahore, was conducted on 12th of October 2021.
Syndicate was chaired by honorable Minister for Higher Education Punjab,
Raja Yassir Humayun Sarfraz. Prof.Dr.Kanwal Vice Chancellor UHE welcomed all Syndicate members, Members of the syndicate including VC, GCWU, Sialkot, Prof.Dr.Rukhsana Kausar, prof. Founder, Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Lahore, Rashida Khanum, Ms.Neelam Hayat (MPA, ), Prof.Dr.Khalid Hamid Sheikh, Govt College University Lahore, Prof.Dr. Ghazala Irfan, Chairperson & Prof.Dpt philosophy school of Humanities FC College, Lahore, Ms.Maleeka Ali Bokhari MNA ,Ms.Neelam Hayat Malik ,MPA ,Ms.Rashida Khanum MPA, Ms.Khadija Umer, MPA, Nominee, Rep. of HED, Punjab, Rep. of Secretary Law Punjab, Rep. of Secretary Law and Parliamentary Affairs attended the Syndicate.
The Syndicate has approved eight agendas items which included several significant decisions. The Syndicate confirmed the minutes of its 6th meeting as the draft was circulated among the participants and their suggestions had been incorporated.
The Syndicate reviewed Vice Chancellor’s Progress and Implementation Report and applauded the VC and her team for making successful progress.
The Syndicate has approved the recommendations of UHE’s Selection board,
In a significant development, the Syndicate has approved The Punjab Government contractual Recruitment policy act 2004.
The meeting settled all the agenda items and the Syndicate members appreciated the effort of worthy Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen and her team for going all out to make UHE a hub of progressive and modern learning.
