While addressing a press conference at his office on Friday, the CM maintained that no pen or words could ever express the esteemed reverence of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). It is a great honour and bliss for Muslims to praise Shane Rehmatul Lil-Alameen, he continued.

“10 days is fixed to describe the Shane Rehmatul Lil-Alameen but I am of the considered opinion that celebrations spanning over 12 days are not enough for it,” he maintained.

We intend to sensitize the world that Muslims have the greatest respect for Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and His glorious honour is above any worldly act, the CM stated.

The CM informed that 10,574 Rehmatul Lil-Alameen scholarships worth amounting to Rs273 million have been awarded to needy students across Punjab and 677 PEEF scholarships will also be given under this program, he added.
