Provincial Minister for Auqaf, Punjab, Saeed-ul-Hassan Shah has said that Suffi Saints rendered valuable services for promoting Islamic teaching in the world and their services are a golden chapter of Islamic History.
He expressed these views on the eve of annual Urs of prominent speaker of Islamic world, Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah Hafizabadi.
He offered Fateha at the grave of Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah Hafizabadi accompanied by the Patron-in-Chief of Jamaat-ul-Suffah Pakistan, Syed Waseem-ul-Hassan Shah.
The minister said that the country was confronting different challenges and Ulema belongs to different schools of thought could play their pivotal role to protect ideological boundaries of the country to promote interfaith harmony, tolerance, unity, brotherhood among people.
He said that Syed Shabbir Hussain Shan was rendered unforgettable and great services for promoting teaching of Islam in the country and abroad during his life.
Chief Executive Officer Education Hafizabad, Javed Iqbal Babar has said that government was focusing on imparting quality education to students in government schools and providing all missing facilities in the schools on priority basis.
While visiting government high school Kassoki the other day, he said that District Education Authority Hafizabad had directed all heads of the schools to ensure provision of all basic facilities to students to utilized funds released by the government and decorated schools for attracting children for admission in government schools.
He said that trained and higher qualified staff was available in government schools comparatively to the private sector and there was no any reason for not improving education standard in government schools.
