The US withdrawal and swift fall of Kabul and Panjshir at the hands of Taliban surprised the world mainly US, India and Iran.

The domino effects are now insight, US has displayed clear indications of its changed policies with regards to this region and ME.
Asia-Pacific mainly would now be the new focus of great game.

The increased deployment of US, UK, EU, Japan and S Korea in ths Asia-Pacific Ocean, shifting of patriot batteries from KSA to this region, formation of AUKUS thus sidelining already existing arrangements like Quad, EU and NATO marks the new key players in Asia-Pacific.

The timing of the new deal is particularly significant. It comes within a month after the US exit from Afghanistan, this has also raised doubts in multiple quarters about the US China commitment policy in the region.

A stable, secure and prosperous Afghanistan does not figure out in the overall ambitious aspirations of US, UK, EU, India and Iran.

The inter connectivity quagmire for China, CARS, Russia and Pakistan will be resolved creating enormous in the region once peace in Afghan is achieved.

Indian propaganda against Pakistan portraying that Talibans are the front face of Pakistan and fall of Kabul and Panjshir was only possible with Pakistan’s military support is directed towards creating hindrances in establishment of stable government in Afghanistan.

India has also coined a term “Troika of Evil” for a Chinese, Pakistan and Taliban government alliance create negative perception in international spheres.

The recent statement of US secretary of state, “US to reassess ties with Pakistan over Afghanistan future” may also be considered as p;art of pressure tactic’s gimmicks to tame Pakistan and align he with the new US strategy for the region.

The China containment policy of US in which India was being strengthened to meet the challenges the dragon pose in this region especially Indo-Pacific and South China Sea has collapsed owing to US misperceptions about Indian intelligence and military capacity and capabilities.

Interestingly Indian dirty game of using Afghanistan soil against Pakistan saw a sudden death.

As an easy and universal solution US and India for their face saving in front of domestic and international community are busing the same old trick which can be interpreted in the term, “All the Bucks Stops Here (Pakistan)”.

India was entrusted by USA to train Afghanistan military forces, the performance of ANA against Talibans is evident of the level of training of Afghanistan war machine trained by Indian trainers.

RAW grouped, trained, equipped intelligence operators and mercenaries from anti-Taliban elements in Afghanistan.

This network was extensively used to run its dirty proxies in Pakistan and also to carry out terrorist activities in Afghanistan to blame Talibans thus the masses against.

The AUKUS pact will provide nuclear submarine technology for Australia to “Improve deterrence across the Indo-Pacific” and Beijing will see this as part of US efforts to forge coalitions aimed at pushing back against China.

France and India regard America as more unreliable than ever before, and this perception likely won’t dissipate no matter how much time passes.

Russia can take advantage of these concerns as its diplomatic angle of approach for engaging them in order to explore two very exciting diplomatic opportunities.

Ideally, Russia would like to regulate its growing competition with France in Africa (especially in the vast region of ‘Francafrique’ that Paris considers to be its exclusive ‘sphere of influence’) while encouraging India to enter into a meaningful rapprochement with China.

US President Joe Biden mentioning US’s bed rock commitment to freedom of navigation/ FONOP during his speech at UNGA session is an indication that US now will try to counter the Chinese self-made islands strategy through existing international maritime laws/ law of Highs Seas.
