In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Political Movement (DPM), Khawaja Firdous has said that Pakistan has always raised the Kashmir dispute at different international forums, which has brought the long-pending dispute to limelight.

Khawaja Firdous in a statement issued in Srinagar hoped that in the upcoming session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan will again apprise the world leaders of systematic human rights violations, denial of right to self-determination to IIOJK people by India and the Indian mechanization to change the demography of the territory.

He further said that Pakistan has always pleaded the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination morally, politically and diplomatically and would leave no stone unturned to mitigate the sufferings of the subjugated people of Kashmir.—KMS
