Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan while expressing displeasure over delay in the completion of the Remodelling of Warsak Canal System Project in Peshawar and Nowshera districts, has directed the authorities concerned to ensure approval of the revised PC1 of said project from Executive Committee of National Economic Council in its next meeting so that the project could be completed without any further delay.
He has termed the project as of vital importance to for irrigating agricultural lands in Peshawar and Nowshera and said that early completion of that project is one of the top priorities of his government and added that all concerned authorities would have to fulfill their respective responsibilities to this end.—Staff Reporter
