Celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAWS)
Muslims all around the world celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi on the third month (Rabi ul Awwal) of the Islamic lunar calendar. On this day our beloved Holy Prophet (PBUH) was born to guide the humanity towards ultimate Truth and path of light. The basic purpose of celebrating this day is to remind the kindness, compassion and teachings of Holy Prophet (PBUH).
As a Muslim we must follow the life of our Holy Prophet and celebrate this great day, but not with fireworks, by not wasting too much money to decorate the streets with lights. But instead of this, celebrate this day by building mosques, offering Nawafil, sending Darood-o-Salam on Prophet (PBUH), with helping the poor, also giving food to needy because these were the lessons given by our beloved Holy Prophet (PBUH). May Allah Almighty guide us to follow the right path and Sunnah of Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Justice should prevail!
The Sahiwal incident was very shocking for every single citizen of Pakistan. The basic duty of the government was to investigate and to punish those culprits who took life of many innocent people. The brutal murder of the family in front of their young ones was not a thing that can be ignored easily.
Our Prime Minister took notice at the time when this incident occurred. The CTD officials who were involved in this brutal incident have now been cleared by the courts. With this decision many questions have arisen: where is the concept of justice to a normal citizen of Pakistan.

Worsening media relations
Every federal government relies on the media for its projection and image building and highlighting what good it is doing for the welfare and well-being of the people and taking measures to carry the country onward on path of progress, development and prosperity. But somehow, quite regretfully, PTI ‘s federal government headed by energetic and untiring, determined and committed Prime Minister Imran Khan is suffering because it is having bad relations with media which are worsening and deteriorating further with every passing day.
All those treading the corridors of power, including the public relations advisors, are relying more on electronic media than the print media least realizing and appreciating the established fact that the print media has more effective and lasting impact on the minds of the readers than what comes and disappears on electronic media channels within no time.
It is also a big question as to what the main public relations wing of the Information Ministry, Press Information Department (PID) , officials are doing in discharging their fundamental duties if the Prime Minister himself has to repeat his government’s economic sector achievements through tweets which hardly finds adequate space in the newspapers.
The PID officials should have been more active in these troubled days in contacting the print media for getting the federal government achievements highlighted than to merely arranging the federal ministers and advisors press conferences and just sitting and watching the happenings from a far distance. Sooner the federal government stems the declining trend and improves its relations with the print media in particular the better it will be.

Supply chain risk in hi-tech industry
The high-tech industry booms on transformation and efficiency creating world-leading products, then manufacturing and distributing them fast and easy. For store network groups in innovation organizations, overseeing crude material, parts and completed items through the cutting edge sourcing and assembling procedure is a considerable test. Innovation store network chiefs are under broad strain to oversee expenses and limit time to advertise, while streamlining coordination and boosting ROI, particularly with expanding spending plans for regularly developing foundation, improvement and research endeavours.
Production network administrators in the obtaining region needs a decent comprehension of the interior, natural and different impacts that can affect ware estimating and accessibility. Innovative stockpile chains command numerous other enterprises’ provider arranges on precision, speed and scale measurements on a predictable premise, yet the business is behind on verifying its tremendous provider organize. Store network arranging has turned out to be progressively hazardous on the grounds that request instability, an absence of regular Point Of Sale information and expanding number of new item dispatches.
The sourcing office is tested by expanding compliancy issues. The cutting edge industry faces ceaseless issues of provider issues, part deficiencies and greater expenses than would normally be appropriate. The best supply chains make an unrivalled showing of incorporating innovation with their kin and procedures. Most cutting edge organizations have put resources into improving their conjectures, yet as of not long ago they have concentrated on ERP frameworks and point arrangements.
Basically, cutting edge’s inventory network difficulties are best fathomed with innovation that is architected to streamline what lies outside the four-dividers of a production network. Such technology should be: cloud-based. Re-appropriating coordination and satisfaction to a full-specialist co-op guarantees the normal high client assistance by the buyer. Improving customer facing online and in store needs to be supported with closed-loop processes in the back-office with clean data.

Social media
We as an evolving generation need to know firstly that there is a thick line between social media and real life. They both are completely different although linked with each other. Social media has allowed an individual to share about his/her life, happenings, opinions, feelings, attitude, stance and moments he/she wants to share with the particular social circle.
Now the issue is that whatever the specific individual is sharing on social media is going on in his/her real life? Does he/she possess these attributes, characteristics, and qualities in actual? So far nobody can authenticate this social media life of a person until or unless one can see it in real. Still, the majority of our young generation is not much bothered about reality or they do not verify what they see. But their mind gets mesmerized, impressed, and influenced by whatever they see either fiction or reality. Consequently, it changes their thinking patterns and they start comparing themselves with others. As they see people achieving, being happy, and succeeding in their life. Subsequently, this comparison leads them to dissatisfaction and inferiority complex. But what our young generation skip in this all that it is not real life. On this theme Abhijit Naskar said “With the rise of social media, the level of empathy among the kids has diminished greatly, and if this continues due to our indifference, then I’m afraid, we’ll be giving rise to a planet full of sociopaths’’ The social media life is fictional where most people share the happy moments, achievements and success to get recognized by others.
People do not share the failures and disappointments in life. It would defiantly affect their image and personality. From all the happenings on social media one cannot confirm that what is there in the back of the mind of that person. For instance, it might be the possibility that a person is sounding pleased on social media and gloomy in actual. This whole process is promoting fiction instead of reality.

Urbanisation
I would like to share some facts about Pakistan regarding urbanization which are creating many problems for its people. Some of them include overpopulation, unemployment, food crisis and industrial decline. So much can be elaborated regarding these problems but I would choose only two of them: food crisis and unemployment. Main theme of the discussion is not only who is responsible for migration but also how all problems are emerging rapidly in the form of food crisis and unemployment. If we look at the geographic position of Pakistan, it is an agricultural country. More than 70% people are involved in farming practices.
Economic and industrial even social and cultural development or modernization depends on agricultural extension. Currently, agricultural production is insufficient according to the population. The low production and agricultural income are the major reasons behind the migration of farming communities toward the urban areas. Large areas of agricultural land are being changed into housing societies. The continuous reduction of agricultural land is escalating unemployment and food crisis through the destruction of agricultural and commercial industries. In short, agricultural development is completely based on research, agricultural extension and farming community. Research centres are responsible to produce innovative agricultural inputs including seed varieties, cultivating techniques regarding pest and disease control and basic understanding of plants.
In addition, agricultural extension is responsible for technology transfer to farming community. Agricultural extension performs as a bridge between research centres and farming community and improving the farming skills. It is a fact that the low performance of agricultural experts in the field causing migration of rural people towards the urban areas. Rapid migration towards the urban areas can push the farming community to change their priorities. Therefore, it needs to develop favourable agricultural policies and high focus on the problems facing by rural people regarding agriculture facilities, infrastructure, marketing etc.
