A woman approached the local police for protection from her husband in Sheikhupura.
The resident of Rachna Town, Sabira Naz, told the police that she had been suffering torture by her husband Meraj for the past six years.
According to her, Meraj took away five children after tying her with a chain and torturing her brutally since past two days ago. She added her husband cut her hair too.
She moved the police to seek protection and made an appeal for custody of her children.
