Social worker and renowned advocate of Thatta Bar council Madame Umatul Hafeez Chana led a protests rally in protest against water crisis in tail end and it’s adversely impact at paddy crops. Here in Garho city on Monday.
While addressing the rally advocate Umat ul Hafeez, Mohammad Jat, Khlifa Amin,Ramzan Lashari, Mohmmed Rahim and other growers ,said that the water crisis in tail end of taluka KT Bandar,Khro Chhaan, Ghorabari has compelled them to take streets and raise voice for getting sufficient water and save their crops.
They said water distributries and water courses releasing from KB feeder lower including Udasi, Malirei, Ban, palki, Ghorabari, Jhalou, Garho, Undo and other water channels and have been facing acute water shortage and partially driedup causing water supply to their paddy crops suspended from the last several days. They demaded to ensure provision of adequate water and their paddy crops.
Meanwhile Thatta police on the directive of SSP Thatta Dr Mohmmed Imran have conducted different raid and recovered two Kg Hashish, 300 kg Gutka raw Materials, liquid and a Mihran car from different possion of accused, here on Monday.
Police have arrested Sheearaz Pathan,Raheel and Mubark in sequel of these crimes and lodged FIRs against them under narcotic act.
