Multan – On 14th August, like all over the country, Independence Day celebrations were organized at SSP Office Sector-1, M-5. The ceremony was inaugurated by SP Rana Sarfraz Ahmed with flag hoisting
. Independence Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at the Sector Office in which school children and teachers including motorway police officers participated. Motorway police officers saluted the flag and prayed for the security of the country.
Rana Sarfraz said that the Motorway Police is always striving for the glory of the beloved homeland.
The mission of the Motorways Police is to make Pakistan’s highways safer and more secure and to ensure the safety of passengers’ lives and property.
A cake was also cut on this auspicious occasion of Independence and gift hampers were distributed among the school children and teachers participating in the function and a flag march was held.
On this occasion DSP Headquarters Masroor Ali, DSP Sajjad Gondal and PO Sector Hasaan Malik was also present.
