There is no shortage of any commodi ties at all util-ity stores across the country. According to a spokes-person of the Utility Stores Corporation, all the subsidized items are available in large quantities at the utility stores across the country and there is no shortage of anything.
Sugar at Rs 85 per kg, ghee at Rs 260 per kg, flour at Rs 950 per 20 kg bag, lentils, white gram, rice and other daily necessities are available in abundance and cheap prices at all utility stores.
The five items that the Federal government subsidized through the Utility Stores Corporation from January 2020 are still in force.
